Are you looking to be part of a high-performing team of go-getters who make a difference both on and off the court? Join the Detroit Pistons as we harness the power of basketball to unite our city, elevate our fans, and drive lasting community impact.

As the Integrated Marketing Coordinator, you'll support digital and traditional marketing initiatives across the Detroit Pistons, Pistons 313 Shop, Motor City Cruise, and Motor City Rivals.

Working closely with the Integrated Marketing team, you'll help execute campaigns across web, email, SMS, mobile, and in-arena channels while collaborating with Creative, Sales, Partnerships, and Business Strategy & Analytics to drive fan engagement and business results.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting with fans.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support website content management across Pistons.com, PistonsAcademy.com, CruiseBasketball.com, and the Pistons mobile app.
  • Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and lead nurture initiatives.
  • Execute fan engagement campaigns across paid and owned marketing channels.
  • Manage in-arena digital marketing content, including digital signage, PA scripts, and radio reads.
  • Maintain marketing calendars for campaigns, ticket launches, merchandise, and key organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with Creative Services to develop digital marketing assets.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting key metrics and optimization opportunities.
  • Support additional digital marketing initiatives across web, mobile, paid social, and integrated marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience managing websites through CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, project management tools (such as Adobe Journey Optimizer and Asana), and marketing analytics.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, website best practices, SEO, accessibility, and basic image editing in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience with React, Next.js, Git, or similar web technologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use marketing data to optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and select events as needed.
