Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting injection molding processes while ensuring high-quality production and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.


Shift: 10 pm- 6 am (Monday- Friday) occasional overtime

Requirements:

Required Skill/Knowledge:

  • 2+ years of injection molding processing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Experience working with robotics and automated systems
  • Knowledge of scientific molding principles
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Education Level / Required Certification:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent


Additional Information:

Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, sit, walk, stand or balance and work within tight spaces. Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Exposure to noise and odor of plastic. Exposure to liquid colorants, alcohol, cleaning and slip agents. Requires use of personal protective equipment. Required to operate overhead crane and electric pallet jacks. Overtime as required. Other duties as assigned.
