Interns often encounter challenges such as adapting to a new work environment, managing time effectively, and balancing multiple tasks. It's common to feel overwhelmed at first, but seeking guidance from supervisors and proactively asking questions can help clarify expectations. Building relationships with team members and regularly requesting feedback can also foster growth and confidence.
