About this role:

This position within the In-House Agency (wellocreative.com) will drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and marketing efficiency through data-driven campaigns, dynamic content, and performance marketing strategies. This individual contributor will translate business priorities into scalable marketing programs, automated customer journeys, and measurable execution plans across channels. The person in this role will align marketing, creative, channel, analytics, technology, and risk partners to accelerate personalization, optimization, and enterprise-scale delivery. This position will improve campaign effectiveness through audience intelligence, experimentation, automation platforms, and continuous performance measurement.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Marketing Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Performance Marketing: Drive performance marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to achieve business outcomes

  • Marketing Strategy: Translate business priorities into strategies, briefs, and multichannel execution plans

  • Stakeholder Presentations: Present campaign strategies and creative recommendations tied to audience and business goals

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Align marketing, creative, analytics, tech, and risk partners on execution

  • Audience Strategy: Develop audience segments, dynamic content, testing plans, and success metrics

  • Content Personalization: Guide scalable content and personalization across digital customer journeys

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience translating business priorities into multichannel marketing strategies and plans

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
