Job description

Position Overview

  An Immigration Legal Assistant is needed to support attorneys with complex, high-value immigration cases. This position requires hands-on experience in business immigration processes and the ability to manage active casework with minimal supervision. The role offers strong growth potential within a fast-paced legal environment.

Compensation & Perks
  • Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 based on experience

Work Structure
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, primarily on-site
  • Hybrid flexibility may be considered after training

  • Assist with RFEs, consular processing, and adjustment of status cases
