Job description

Prinsco is seeking a Director of Human Resources, Manufacturing to help shape the future of our manufacturing organization.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role serves as the senior HR leaders supporting our manufacturing network and leads a team of Site HR Partners across our plants and yard locations. You'll partner directly with Operations leaders to strengthen leadership capability, improve workforce stability, solve complex people challenges, and build the teams needed to support long-term business success.
This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who wants to be close to the business, build relationships where the work happens, develop people, and make a meaningful impact on both operations and culture.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a team of Site HR Partners supporting manufacturing and yard operations.
  • Partner directly with Manufacturing and Operations leaders to strengthen teams and drive results.
  • Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, organizational change, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Identify workforce risks, leadership gaps, and retention opportunities, then drive practical solutions.
  • Support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Partner with HR, Safety, and Operations leaders to improve workforce performance and business results.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, industrial, or other workforce-intensive environments.
  • Experience leading HR teams and developing HR professionals.
  • Success partnering with operational leaders to improve workforce performance and leadership effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations and geographically dispersed workforces.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel regularly to manufacturing locations.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.
