Position: Personal Trainer
Location: Nashville, TN (Franklin)

Carbon Performance is seeking a certified and driven Personal Trainer to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and eager to empower others through customized training, motivation, and support. You'll play a key role in improving clients’ performance, health, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1-on-1 training programs tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.
  • Conduct assessments (body composition, flexibility, endurance) to establish baselines and track progress.
  • Instruct proper form, technique, and safety protocols to prevent injury and build strength.
  • Build complete weekly routines for clients, including independent workouts.
  • Demonstrate exercises and modify based on ability or limitation.
  • Design and implement structured, progressive programs (strength, endurance, mobility).
  • Track and adjust training plans based on performance and feedback.
  • Educate clients on lifestyle and nutritional habits that enhance overall wellness.
