  • Shift: Days – Monday to Friday

  • Salary: $70,000 – $90,000


We’re working with an established manufacturing company looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their plant-based HR team. This position covers recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, HR administration and compliance.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including advertising, screening, reference checks and hiring documentation.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, company policies, benefits and safety requirements.
  • Maintain HRIS data, personnel records and employee documentation.
  • Support employees with HR policies, procedures and workplace-related queries.
  • Coordinate training, vacation, performance management and other HR activities.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, insurance and pension programs.
  • Manage leave-of-absence programs and maintain employment law compliance.
  • Support internal audits and HR-related projects as required.


Qualifications & Experience required:


  • 3–5 years of HR experience.
  • Manufacturing plant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or similar.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal legislation, including OSHA, ADA and FMLA.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and MS Office.
