Toolmaker / Moldmaker x2 – Injection Molding
Germantown, WI
$38.00 - $42.00 per hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm (Flexible)
Direct Hire | Plastic Injection Molding
We're recruiting for two experienced Toolmakers / Moldmakers to join a leading plastic injection molding manufacturer in Germantown, WI.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern toolroom, repairing, maintaining and improving high-precision injection molds while supporting continuous improvement across production.
What You'll Do
- Repair, troubleshoot and maintain plastic injection molds
- Perform preventative maintenance on tooling
- Work with hot runner systems and complex molds
- Operate mills, lathes, surface grinders and other toolroom equipment
- Manufacture or source replacement tooling components
- Support tooling modifications and continuous improvement projects
- Work closely with Tooling and Engineering teams
- CNC machining and programming experience is an advantage
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience as a Toolmaker, Moldmaker or Mold Repair Technician
- Strong plastic injection mold repair experience
- Experience using manual toolroom equipment
- CNC machining or programming experience is beneficial
- Good understanding of injection molding processes and tooling
- Tool & Die Apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred
