Job description

The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer/Seasonal Sales Coordinator (or Administrative Assistant) to join our Sales team. This opportunity is designed for students or individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in hospitality, sales, event planning, marketing, customer service, and business administration.

Working alongside experienced sales professionals, the intern will learn the day-to-day operations of a hotel sales office while providing administrative support and assisting with group bookings, events, client communications, and special projects. This position offers valuable exposure to hotel operations and the opportunity to develop professional skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to:
