We're excited to offer Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) students the opportunity to complete their internship with us! As part of the program, you'll gain valuable experience working alongside our expert journeyman technicians, while we ensure all internship requirements-including work hours and mentorship time-are fully met.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must:
  • Be enrolled (or planning to enroll) at DCTC for the upcoming school year
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Hold a valid driver's license and meet Walser's driving record standards
  • Be available to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule during the school year

Compensation: $17.60-$18.60/hr + Production incentives! Hourly rate varies depending on available location!
How do our Lube Technicians Drive Impact?
Our Lube Technicians come in everyday and work hands on at our dealership alongside pros of the industry. You will become familiar with all of Walser's vehicle line-up, the inner workings of our dealership, and will be an integral part of our service team
  • Perform routine maintenance, including:
  • Changing oil and filters
  • Inspecting and replacing bulbs, belts, and hoses
  • Assessing, adjusting, and cleaning brakes
  • Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices

  • Self-starter with capability to manage your day

  • Must be 18 years of age
