This is a commission-based contract opportunity designed for entrepreneurial individuals interested in business development, client acquisition, and the recruiting industry.
The Business Development Partner will focus on identifying companies that are hiring technical talent and introducing Talent Connection's recruiting services to hiring managers and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify companies actively hiring engineering or technology professionals
• Reach out to hiring managers, technology leaders, and decision-makers
• Introduce Talent Connection's recruiting services
• Schedule introductory meetings with potential clients
• Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain ongoing communication

Talent Connection will manage the recruiting process, candidate delivery, and client fulfillment once new opportunities are secured.
