The Position:

Join us as a PMP Engineer and play a crucial role in optimizing our preventive maintenance programs. Your focus will be on developing an effective preventive service plan and scheduling our maintenance service, delivering timely, high-quality preventative maintenance and other O&M services to end customer. You'll be instrumental in integrating cutting-edge scheduling technologies and methodologies, enhancing our productivity, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction as well as overall asset performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain planning and scheduling processes for preventative maintenance field service activities under long term service agreements/LTSA.
  • Coordinate with Asset managers, Performance Engineers, field service technicians and vendor management team to deliver clear, practical, and well-organized maintenance service plans for executed service agreements.
  • Communicate with technical quality engineers to understand the persistence of site level issues.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and integrate their needs into our service plans.
  • Hire and manage subcontractors for onsite maintenance activities when internal resources are not available.
  • Communicate with 3rd party O&M vendors to ensure smooth onsite arrival and service execution.
  • Uphold safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance in all field operations.
  • Implement advanced scheduling tools to optimize resource management and service delivery.
  • Ensure the 3rd party O&M vendors utilized for SG service plans are well-trained and equipped.
  • Onsite training and audit of the PMP jobs
  • Monitor and manage site reports in alignment with standard SG documentation and checklists.
  • Review the PMP reports and come up with a punch list action items which need to be resolved by field service techs.
  • Evaluate 3rd party O&M vendor performance and develop a feedback channel internal for improvement.
  • Review contracts for comprehensive maintenance requirements and ensure service plans are aligned with contract requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering/Technician background
  • 2 or more years of experience in maintenance service planning and scheduling in the BESS or energy industry.
  • Experience with utility scale solar and battery energy storage.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Excellent internal cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in planning and scheduling software and analytical tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and Microsoft Office Suite.

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $125,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
