The Product Owner will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the product meets the needs of the organization and its customers. Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features
  • Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA/CCD
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring a successful product launch
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare product management
Requirements:

Required Skills:

  • Experience as a Healthcare Product Owner/Product Manager
  • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems such as Epic and Cerner
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA/CCD)
