Job Description Salary Range: $21.53 - $26.91* Role Overview The Visual Associate, under the direction of the Visual Manager, creates an engaging visual environment in the store and supports all visual initiatives. Responsibilities include merchandising the floor, designing window displays, and updating mannequins in accordance with merchandising and visual standards. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate initiative and urgency in floor readiness before store opening. Follow all directives and corporate guidelines set by the Visual Manager and Corporate Visual team. Execute all aspects of promotional and sale set‐up, including presentation, lettering, and signage on the sales floor; assist the Sales Support Team with trunk shows and personal appearance set‐ups. Assist in replenishing merchandise on the selling floor and in wall units. Perform ad‐hoc responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years visual team experience in a major multi‐level department store with a portfolio of prior projects. Ability to safely and efficiently use carpentry tools. Experience with painting techniques. Basic production knowledge and familiarity with materials. Experience in styling and fashion pulls. Strong knowledge of current fashion and art trends. Proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred.
