Job Summary:

As an AI Product Manager, you will define how agentic AI transforms user interaction with intelligence by turning fragmented data into intuitive insights. This role involves leading the strategy and execution of AI-powered capabilities across Striderโ€™s platform, collaborating with various teams to build innovative products.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Define and drive the strategy for agentic AI capabilities across Striderโ€™s platform
โ€ข Identify opportunities to apply agentic workflows to enhance analysis, discovery, and decision-making
โ€ข Translate company objectives into a clear roadmap for AI-driven features, capabilities, and experiences
โ€ข Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic features, from concept and experimentation through production deployment
โ€ข Define product requirements, success metrics, and evaluation approaches for AI-powered capabilities
โ€ข Balance rapid iteration with reliability, accuracy, and user trust
โ€ข Partner with Engineering to design and deliver scalable AI systems, including model integration and data pipelines
โ€ข Collaborate with Intelligence teams to ensure AI outputs align with real-world analytical workflows
โ€ข Work with Design to create intuitive, transparent, and controllable AI user experiences
โ€ข Lead experimentation efforts, including prompt iteration, model selection, and UX testing

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles, including ownership of complex technical products
โ€ข Experience building or scaling agentic products, including prompt-driven or retrieval-based systems
โ€ข Experience partnering with engineering teams on AI system design, including APIs, model integration, and data workflows
โ€ข Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver end-to-end user-facing AI features
โ€ข Strong analytical skills with experience using data to evaluate product and model performance
โ€ข Ability to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences and clear business value
