JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the 'Director, Franchise Partnership Marketing', the '2026-27 Seasonal Assistant, Franchise Partnership Activation' helps manage the execution and fulfillment of all sponsorship assets within partner agreements. Key focus towards execution, implementation, and tracking of all partner elements.
*** This is a temporary position from September 2026 - June 2027, that will work onsite at Rocket Arena approx. 40 hours per week.
*** Local candidates strongly preferred. There is not relocation assistance or temporary housing provided for non-local candidates.
PAY RATE: $15.00/HR START DATE: Sept. 21st
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Helpschedule and manage contractual, game day and non-game day events (pre-game parties, single night suite rentals, Zamboni rides, and concourse activations).
  • Fulfill partner obligations on all game day events, including but not limited to, ordering suite food and ensuring full setup
  • Manage the game memo process.
  • Assist the Coordinator, Franchise Partnership Activation in fulfillment of signage, digital assets, community events, etc.
  • Capture photos for each game while ensuring proof of performance for each contractual asset.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University (or currently pursuing a BS Degree).
  • Preferably seeking 6+ months of prior experience in partnership activation or marketing (can be from an internship) within an entertainment organization, agency, professional sports team, league, or media.
  • High-level of creativity and ability to organize with attention to details, usability, and branding.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Continuous learner and a growth mindset toward driving the business and developing solutions for clients.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and able to communicate with a diverse group of colleagues.
  • Possess strong critical thinking & reasoning skills with ability to synthesize complex information and data into compelling go-to-market stories.
  • Consistent attendance at department or company events and games including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
