Job description

This position is responsible for working Cyclones home games and assisting in sales related task throughout office hours at the sole discretion of Ticket Sales team.
Objective/Goals:
The intern will obtain various skills while working closely with the ticket department through hands-on experience assisting with the ticket sales needs of a professional sports team.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain season ticket and individual game ticket records
• Learn Archtics ticketing system to assist with customer transactions and report generation
• Assist with season ticket holder events and initiatives
• Make outbound & service inbound sales calls
• Sell family four packs, voucher packs, & group tickets
• Working a majority of 36 home games
• Working non-game day events such as our 5K, season ticket member events, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service to the Cyclones fan base and public
Perform other duties as assigned
What you will learn:
• The ability to work in an office environment and home games.
• The steps of the sales cycle
• How to use sales software programs such as Archtics and CRM
• How to assist with lead generation, prospecting, calling members/leaders of groups associated with theme nights, order entry and ticket delivery
• How to interact with customers on game nights, including assisting with in-game recognition/receptions and pre and post-game fan experiences
• How to promote the Cincinnati Cyclones at various events
Time:
• This is a 32 week long internship that will last from October 2026 - May 2027
• 20+ hours per week.
• All Cincinnati Cyclones home games

• This is a paid internship.
