Job Description:

V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is a program run by Business France, the French government agency. It allows young professionals from the European Economic Area to work for a French company outside of France for a limited period. Participants are not Ipsen employees but have a special V.I.E status.

To take part in the program, there are specific eligibility criteria that must be met and will be verified by Business France. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot be part of this program but can apply to other opportunities within Ipsen.

As a V.I.E. FP&A Analyst, you will become a key member of our US Commercial Finance team and support strategic decision-making for our Oncology business. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, business partnering, and performance analysis within an international environment.

What you'll do

  • Support monthly financial closing activities and reporting.

  • Monitor business performance and key financial indicators.

  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning exercises.

  • Analyze sales and profitability trends to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations.
