Overview
Interns are an integral part of our project development teams. You will be given responsibility appropriate to your educational background. In addition, you'll receive on the job training from your supervisor and co-workers. A Finance Intern position at Lutron offers you a chance to experience the business world firsthand and to learn how Lutron works as a company. You will interface with people within different areas and levels in the company.
Responsibilities
Our program offers responsibility, real world experience, and meaningful projects along with personal mentoring and detailed training. We consider interns to be very valuable in our search for outstanding future members of our team and pride ourselves in providing excellent work experiences to students from universities around the world.
Qualifications
We seek talented, success-minded people with the desire and ability to make things happen. Our baseline requirements are simple:
  • You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or Accounting (BS or BA)
  • Your cumulative GPA is at least a 3.20
  • You are a rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
