Job description

Requirement- ASNT Certified Level II  ** Sign-On Bonus $2000 - 1st half paid after 30 days, 2nd half paid after 60 days**

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Must process parts and perform equipment standardization checks in accordance with written instructions approved by the appropriate Level III.
  • Must demonstrate their practical knowledge of processing parts through the penetrant line during the annual audit.
  • Verify calibration status of all gages, meters etc. and log each day.
  • Will apply and remove penetrant, dry parts, and evaluate acceptance of parts based on requirements.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to follow written instructions in the techniques/methods for which certified.
  • Ability to read and interpret customer specifications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be certified in accordance with ASNT / NAS 410 requirements for Fluorescent Penetrant & Magnetic Particle Inspection.
  • Minimum Experience hours for Level II in PT & MT
    • Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection - Minimum of 270 documented hours experience with previous Level I Certification.
    • Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection - Minimum of 400 documented hours experience without previous Level I Certification.
    • Magnetic Particle Inspection - Minimum of 400 documented hours experience with previous Level I Certification.
    • Magnetic Particle Inspection - Minimum of 530 documented hours experience without previous Level I Certification.
