Job Title - Financial Analyst
Location -140 Broadway, NY, NY (remote now and for the foreseeable future with rising COVID cases until our office fully reopens.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a leader in Out-of-Home (Billboard) Advertising in North America, we help people, places, and businesses grow stronger! The primary responsibility for this position is Real Estate Development. This includes site identification, leasing, and permitting of new Out-of-Home Advertising assets (billboards, street furniture, and larger-than-life wall graphics). Secondary responsibilities include managing existing real estate assets to include lease renewal / easement negotiations, and other related matters as deemed necessary by management.
Summary:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining financial models, preparing business case analysis, analyzing large sets of data to understand trends and drive decisions and assist with other projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain driver based financial models for capital investments, lease renewals, transit bids and acquisitions
  • Assist with development and analysis of business case documents seeking approval for capital investment or economics in connection with billboard builds, lease renewals, asset purchases or transit bids
  • Analyze opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs and create value
  • Analyze historical revenue and expense trends to understand profitability of investments made
  • Assist with the development of presentations for internal management, investor relations and/or Board of Directors
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • BS in Finance or other related field
  • Strong understanding of financial statements
  • Strong analytical skills with prior experience of building and maintaining financial models
  • Experience manipulating large sets of data using Excel and other database tools
  • Strong team player who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, very detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel Skills
