Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented, intellectually curious finance professional who is excited to build a career in Investor Relations. As an Analyst on the Investor Relations team, you'll support the planning, development, and execution of a variety of investor relations initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you'll help prepare investor communications, analyze market and shareholder data, and contribute to projects that support Galaxy's engagement with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This role offers broad exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of capital markets, financial communications, and the digital asset industry.
What You'll Do:
  • Support the execution of Galaxy's investor relations program and strategic initiatives alongside the Head of Investor Relations.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, including investor presentations, conference call scripts, FAQs, earnings releases, and supporting analyses.
  • Monitor and summarize sell-side research, consensus estimates, peer performance, industry developments, and market trends affecting Galaxy and the broader digital asset ecosystem.
  • Help maintain shareholder and investor databases, analyze ownership trends, and support investor targeting initiatives.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and the Investor Relations calendar, including scheduling and tracking engagement activity.
  • Assist in developing presentation materials, talking points, and briefing documents for investor, client, and executive meetings.
  • Partner with Finance, Communications, Legal, Corporate Development, and other cross-functional teams to support consistent external messaging and disclosures.
  • Conduct financial, competitive, and market research to support strategic projects and management requests.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help build scalable reporting and tracking tools for the Investor Relations function.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or a similar analytical role (internship experience will also be considered).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market information.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and capital markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience building financial models is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Bonus Points:
  • Internship or full-time experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, investor relations, or asset management.

The base salary ranges included below will be commensurate with candidate experience, expertise and local market. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise. At Galaxy, we maintain a total compensation philosophy which consists of a competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity incentives.

$100,000-$120,000 USD
