You understand the importance of representing the Team Leader and the business with professionalism and excellence, and you are motivated to learn the business deeply so you can become a meaningful partner in its continued growth.
You believe every client deserves an outstanding experience, regardless of price point. You bring the same level of attentiveness, professionalism, and commitment to every relationship.

  • Coordinate CRM updates, client pop-bys, appreciation touches, and WOW moments that keep the database warm and engaged
  • Take ownership of preparation, action items, problem solving, and behind-the-scenes coordination to help the business move forward with urgency and excellence

This role is specifically designed to support the Team Leader's personal real estate business and to build trust with clients through direct involvement, strong follow-through, and excellent service.

  • A natural sense of urgency, sound judgment, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
