Lead and manage high-impact projects, including cross-functional initiatives and organizational programs.

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and track progress to ensure successful delivery.

Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while maintaining executive visibility.

Facilitate effective communication across global teams and leadership levels.

Technology & Productivity Enablement

Leverage advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) to create high-quality deliverables and streamline workflows.

Utilize AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation platforms, data summarization tools) to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision support.

Identify and implement process improvements using digital tools and automation.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technology organizations.

Proven experience in project or program management in a fast-paced, global environment.
