The Treatment Coordinator/Lead Therapist helps facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between individuals and service providers involved in each client's treatment. The Coordinator is responsible for supervising, training, and managing direct service staff and is accountable for managing and coordinating all related treatment services and program documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for recent Bachelor's level graduates in the behavioral health field who are pursuing, or planning to pursue, their masters and would like to build their master's level internship into their full-time career!

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals -Preferred
  • Access to secured high speed internet required.
