WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and implement a unified asset management structure across SAP and BMS systems to enable full asset transparency, high data quality, maintenance efficiency, and end-to-end lifecycle management of EV charging infrastructure.
  • Analyze existing EV charging infrastructure, data sources, and system landscape to define a scalable data foundation.
  • Gather and align requirements with stakeholders by defining KPIs, reporting needs, and dashboard functionalities.
  • Design and implement the end-to-end dashboard architecture, including data integration and system connectivity (e.g., charging stations, backend systems).
  • Develop and deploy real-time monitoring and visualization solutions, including asset status tracking and performance insights.
  • Build advanced analytics capabilities covering energy consumption, utilization patterns, and charging behavior.
  • Implement automated alerting, fault detection, and notification workflows to ensure operational transparency.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and KPI verification to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Analyze and optimize existing asset structures, defining a standardized hierarchy and ensuring alignment across systems.
  • Cleanse, standardize, and create asset master data, including functional locations, equipment records, and overall asset structures.
  • Define and implement maintenance-relevant components and spare parts, including the creation of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.
  • Support rollout, documentation, and operational handover.

Design and implement a scalable operations framework for EV charging infrastructure to ensure high availability, efficient utilization, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Monitor EV charging asset's consistently with AI-Agent support and conduct first level support
  • Maintain and improve Service Call Management and coordinate repairs in the field up to completion.
  • Validate energy and usage data, reconcile and support audits.
  • Take ownership for regular reporting and performance analysis, recommend expansions.

WHO YOU ARE
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Informatics, Energy Systems, or a comparable field.
  • You bring experience in asset management, maintenance systems, or infrastructure projects (ideally EV charging or energy environment).
  • You have strong knowledge of SAP PM / EAM and experience working with BMS or similar asset systems.
  • You are experienced in data analysis, dashboard development, and KPI definition (e.g., Power BI or similar tools).
  • You understand system integration concepts and data flows between operational and IT systems.
  • You have experience in operations management, monitoring, or service processes.
  • You are structured, analytical, and comfortable working with complex data and multiple stakeholders.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in a client-facing environment.
  • You are proactive and take ownership of topics from concept to implementation.
  • You are comfortable working in an international, project-driven environment.
  • You are comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100% of your working time), typically Monday through Friday, depending on client and project needs.
