Job Description Position Overview Lead and grow an entire oil and gas division for an established industrial services company. This strategic leadership role oversees operations, safety compliance, team development, and financial performance across the energy sector. Ideal for a hands-on manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings both operational expertise and business acumen.

Salary: Competitive based on experience Location: Mt. Morris, PA Schedule: Full-Time Responsibilities Lead and manage the full oil and gas division, setting strategic objectives aligned with company goals Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budget and timeline constraints Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices Supervise hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development for division staff Coordinate procurement, equipment purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain logistics Manage payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for the division Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and innovative management techniques Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and vendor partnerships to secure favorable terms Promote a safety-first culture through audits, training sessions, and incident investigations Experience Track record of successfully managing projects and operations within the oil and gas sector or related energy industries History of leading and supervising diverse teams in fast-paced, operationally complex environments In-depth understanding of industry regulations, safety protocols, environmental standards, and compliance requirements Skilled in negotiating contracts and vendor agreements to secure maximum value Background in recruiting, onboarding, training staff on technical procedures, and building team capabilities Working knowledge of inventory management systems, POS operations where applicable, and procurement processes Proven ability to manage budgets while upholding high safety and operational standards
