Looking for a summer internship that actually builds real business skills instead of grabbing coffee and sitting in meetings?

We’re hiring driven, competitive, high-energy interns to join our Sales & Recruiting team this summer. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how business development, recruiting, staffing, and client partnerships work in the real world.

If you like fast-paced environments, talking to people, competition, sales, networking, and building relationships — you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid sales + recruiting internship where you’ll learn both sides of the staffing business.

Sales Responsibilities

  • Prospect local businesses in Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, and Phoenix
  • Make outbound calls to decision makers
  • Set appointments for our leadership team
  • Learn how to pitch staffing and recruiting services
  • Help build sales campaigns and lead generation lists
  • Shadow client meetings and sales presentations
  • Track activity and results in CRM systems

Recruiting Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
