JOB DESCRIPTION
Aciron Consulting is seeking a bright, motivated Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative inbound and outbound marketing strategies, collaborate with Marketing team members to execute those strategies, and manage other projects and initiatives. The Marketing Associate role provides tremendous room for growth within the company and grants the individual a high level of autonomy and freedom to pursue his/her marketing interests and ideas.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies for Aciron Consulting services and firm's portfolio of advanced SaaS web applications
  • Assist in process of responding to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs (including analyzing requirements, writing proposals, developing charts and graphics, and engaging consulting and technical teams)
  • Develop, manage, and distribute marketing copy and content for websites, email campaigns, sales brochures, newsletters, press releases, sales presentations, client communications, promotional materials, and other marketing-related collateral
  • Develop and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Assist in managing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns utilizing Google AdWords
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze website traffic and success of marketing campaigns through use of web-analytics tools
  • Conduct targeted marketing research to determine competitiveness, evaluate market trends, and analyze target markets
  • Plan, manage and execute social media initiatives and deliver engaging content regularly across brands' social media platforms
  • Assist in developing and publishing engaging blog posts
  • Manage team of high-energy team of marketing, social media, and user experience interns
  • Increase brand awareness, expand network, and cultivate business relationships by regularly attending networking events

Qualifications
  • 0-2+ years of relevant experience
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to win commitment and follow-through
  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
  • Expert knowledge in MS Office Suite (Photoshop is a plus)
  • Social media skills and experience (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more)
