Job description

Job Summary:
Become a pivotal member of our client’s team as a Metal Plating Chemical Engineer and contribute significantly to electroplating processes. Our client is looking for a meticulous professional with a chemistry background to ensure that metal parts meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electroplating processes on metal parts, adhering to specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor plating solutions, chemicals, and materials carefully.
  • Conduct tests and inspections to guarantee coating quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of all plating processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on process improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on chemical processes and safety practices.
  • Complete environmental reporting requirements.
  • Direct and oversee production processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
  • Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in metal plating.
