Type: Full-Time, Contract
Description:
The Content Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI-powered systems that automate the creation of use case content at scale. Working closely with content, governance, and digital experience teams, this role ensures AI-generated outputs are consistent, high quality, and aligned with approved content strategy, structure, and governance standards. This role plays a critical part in enabling scalable, future-proof content production without increasing manual effort, while continuously improving system performance based on observed quality and operational data.

Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI-driven content systems, automation workflows, or structured content generation.
