Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Intern – Fall 2026

August – December 2026
100% On Site | Stow, Ohio

SPIROL has over 75 years of manufacturing excellence supporting the aerospace, automotive, industrial, and capital equipment industries. This internship provides hands on experience working alongside engineering and manufacturing professionals while contributing to meaningful projects that impact daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate existing procedures and production methods for improvement opportunities

• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and engineering projects

• Perform time studies to support production and item creation standards

• Assist with new or upgraded process and equipment implementation projects

• Support process development, improvement, and documentation efforts

• Develop procedures, forms, checklists, and schedules to support manufacturing activities

• Research new technologies, equipment, and supplies to improve operations

• Collaborate with plant personnel, office staff, suppliers, and contractors as needed

• Gain hands on experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
