Job Description
About the team:
The HR team is a standard, cross-functional Human Resources organization supporting the site with expertise in Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, HRIS, and Training. The team is currently focused on HR digitalization, data organization, and system optimization to improve transparency and efficiency for stakeholders. Collaboration across HR functions is a key part of the team culture, offering strong learning and development exposure for interns.
What you can look forward to as HR Digitalization Intern:
  • Supporting HR digitalization initiatives by analyzing and improving HR data streams and systems
  • Assisting with the identification and development of systems that reduce data waste and increase process efficiency
  • Preparing and maintaining HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working closely with HR personnel across functions such as Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and HRIS
  • Gaining hands-on experience applying academic knowledge to real-world HR data and system challenges
  • Contributing to special projects that enhance transparency and support HR stakeholders across the organization

Your Profile as HR Digitalization Intern:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with at least two years of completed coursework
  • Educational background or strong interest in data systems, data organization, or system analysis; exposure to AI is a plus
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, and organize data to support system improvements and decision-making
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRIS or database exposure is an advantage
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a structured HR environment
