Brooksource is seeking an Associate Quality Analyst (Software Tester) to support quality assurance initiatives for a Global Fortune 500 consulting client within the telecommunications space. This role focuses on validating applications tied to cloud and GenAI-enabled solutions, ensuring high-quality product delivery across complex environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in software testing, Agile delivery, and emerging AI-driven technologies. You will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and QA leads to identify defects, validate fixes, and enhance overall system performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Internship or strong project experience in software testing or quality assurance (internships, coursework, or academic projects included)
- Foundational understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams
