Overview
TP-Link Systems is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Human Resources Operations Associate to join our growing Human Resources team. This role is designed for an exceptional early-career professional who is eager to gain broad exposure across Human Resources, Internal Communications, Talent Programs, and HR Operations.
The Human Resources Operations Associate will support key HR initiatives, analyze workforce data and trends, contribute to employee communications, and participate in strategic projects that impact the employee experience. This role offers unique visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to build a strong foundation across multiple HR disciplines.
We are looking for an ambitious recent graduate who is intellectually curious, highly organized, data-driven, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Analytics
  • Support HR reporting, workforce analytics, and organizational metrics.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to headcount, hiring, turnover, employee demographics, and talent trends.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy within HR systems.
  • Support HR process improvements and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with audits, compliance activities, and HR operational initiatives.

Internal Communications
  • Support the development and distribution of employee communications, announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages.
  • Assist in maintaining internal communication channels, including Microsoft Teams, intranet platforms, and employee engagement resources.
  • Help create content that promotes company culture, employee programs, and organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to coordinate communication campaigns and employee events.

HR Programs & Initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support company-wide HR initiatives and change management activities.
  • Assist with employee surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for training programs and employee events.
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build relationships with employees, managers, and business leaders across the organization.
  • Partner with HR team members to support evolving business priorities.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership through internships, student organizations, athletics, volunteer work, research projects, or other extracurricular involvement.
  • Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Internship experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, Communications, Marketing, or Analytics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday), databases, or reporting tools.
  • Experience creating presentations, communications, or content for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources.
