Job Description

FIDELIS CYBERSECURITY is growing fast and looking to add key members to our team in the form of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our growth. We want people who are motivated, hardworking professionals and are hungry to accelerate their sales career.


Star performers make 100+ outbound calls and schedule 2 or more meetings and generate new sales opportunities for our greater team. Job Description:

This is a high-volume, high-energy position that will act as the vital, initial step, in our entire sales process. The best BDR's are creative in their communication methods and consistent in their effort when prospecting for new business. This is a critical role within our team to generate new business for our growing company.


BDR's are at the forefront of interactions with the cybersecurity market and are responsible for engaging with prospects, qualifying their needs, timelines and budgets, then guiding them through the sales process.


As a productive contributor to the team, a BDR will continue to increase his or her knowledge within the cybersecurity industry, software sales, qualifying prospects, manage a pipeline, all while working as part of a greater team.


This is a great opportunity to make your impact felt in a fast growing company while gaining valuable experience in software sales and technology. 


Responsibilities:

  • Place a high volume of outbound cold calls and emails daily to targeted prospects
  • Enthusiastically and professionally communicate core value propositions
  • Qualify prospects for the account team to accelerate the right prospects through the sales cycle
