Job description
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role with A. O. Smith Water Treatment focuses on growing the customer base through in-field support, training, and coaching of best practices. The RSM serves as a trusted advisor from lead generation to post-sale support in the Wholesale Channel. This remote-based position supports territories across select states with travel up to 75% and requires strong communication and technical acumen to drive loyalty and success.
