CRM Business Analyst - 10 + Yrs
Chicago, IL (Hybrid Role)
6-12 + Months
(Hybrid - 3 days onsite: Tue-Thu, 2 days remote: Mon & Fri)
Requirements:

10+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally in IT delivery or consulting.
Strong CRM knowledge - Dynamics 365 Sales preferred; others (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) accepted.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
Preferred:
Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).
Experience with reporting tools and ERP integration (SAP, Oracle).
Skills:
CRM,Salesforce, SAP
