Job description

Program:

Lincoln International is seeking participants to join us for a day-long M&A workshop hosted at our Chicago Office on Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 12 - 5 PM CT, following by a networking event from 5 - 10 PM CT. This workshop is designed for rising first-year MBA students who identify themselves as female, LGBTQ+ and/or African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American or Pacific Islander, or are a veteran. This workshop will provide you with great insight into the role of an Associate in a middle-market investment bank, as well as networking opportunities with Lincoln bankers.

Qualifications:

  • First-year MBA students beginning their MBA program in Fall 2026
  • Available for a 2027 Summer Associate internship at Lincoln
  • Interested in working in Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas for the duration of the internship
  • Prior M&A, capital raising or investment banking experience is preferred, but not required
  • Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
