In this role, you will work alongside experienced compounders and lab professionals to prepare high-quality liquid formulations used in personal care, nutraceutical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and consumer products. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a long-term career in science-based manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Us?

  • Excellent entry point for recent Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, and related science graduates

  • Consistent first-shift schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Clear potential for long-term career growth and advancement

What You'll Do

As a Liquid Compounder, you'll play a key role in the production of high-quality liquid products by following established formulas, procedures, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with additional laboratory and manufacturing activities as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to build a career in science-based manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications
