Construction Operations Manager - $75k-$85k/annually DOE!
10% annual bonus on top of salary base!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Construction Operations Manager for our traffic control client to start immediately at $75k-$85k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experienced operations leader with strong financial insight and the ability to manage customer relationships while driving branch profitability. You’ll supervise production, shop functions, and client relations while collaborating with estimating teams to align resource capacity and production schedules. This role also partners closely with accounting for revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial reporting. It’s a hands-on management position that includes direct involvement in field operations and traffic control as needed.

  • Oversee crews and equipment in various field locations to exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison to municipalities and clients—managing notifications, obtaining permits, and ensuring compliance with regulations and ordinances.
  • Identify and resolve challenges independently using sound judgment and authority.
  • Develop and manage employee schedules, oversee project personnel, and ensure timely completion of project documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate labor for projects, including sourcing and scheduling additional resources.
  • Schedule and organize projects efficiently while maintaining cost control.
  • Evaluate team performance and support hiring and termination decisions.
  • Manage safety programs, including DOT and internal safety training compliance.
  • Recognize that this is a demanding, 24/7 role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and additional hours to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee procurement and management of project materials.
  • Maintain accurate production reporting systems for accounting and billing.
  • Prepare and maintain Weekly Revenue Forecast Reports.
  • Travel as needed to supervise projects and maintain customer relationships.

Schedule/Shift Details: Day shift

  • Overtime as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including fieldwork and industry training.
  • At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of state specifications for traffic control devices and materials.
  • Active participation or engagement with industry organizations or DOT partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Viewpoint (training available).
  • Strong grasp of financial reporting, including balance sheets and P&L statements.
