POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including parts handling, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. This role requires experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), the ability to work at heights, and a high level of accuracy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet customer and production requirements
  • Perform put-away, replenishment, and inventory transactions within the warehouse management system
  • Load and unload trucks while verifying quantities and inspecting for damage
  • Work at elevated heights (via order picker or similar equipment) to retrieve and store materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards
  • Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Adapt to multiple warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and material movement as business needs require
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma/ GED required, associates preferred
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment required
  • Certified or experienced in operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
  • Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection equipment where required
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed (versatility)
  • Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems preferred ( Epicor, SAP, Infor, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours per day. The employee frequently uses hands and arms to handle materials and equipment and may be required to walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
