This is a place where curiosity drives what's next, boldness raises the bar, and we win together. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the people behind it.

Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact.

Bring Bold Ideas to Life

Are you passionate about turning creative concepts into buildable realities? Do you thrive at the intersection of design, engineering, and fabrication? If so, we'd love to meet you.

We're seeking an experienced Senior CAD Detailer to join our growing team and play a critical role in transforming innovative exhibit, event, and experiential marketing concepts into production-ready solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers, project managers, production teams, and fabricators to create detailed technical drawings that bring world-class brand experiences to life.

What You'll Do

As a Senior CAD Detailer, you'll bridge the gap between creative vision and flawless execution by:

  • Partnering with 3D Exhibit Designers to develop functional, fabrication-ready solutions while preserving design intent
  • Creating comprehensive production drawings for custom exhibits, branded environments, events, and experiential activations
  • Producing detailed fabrication packages including dimensions, materials, hardware specifications, assembly details, and installation instructions

  • Specifying materials, hardware, lighting, and electrical components that align with project requirements and production standards
  • Preparing AutoCAD layouts for CAM processing and CNC manufacturing
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to procurement, sales, project management, and production teams
  • Identifying and solving design and fabrication challenges before they impact project delivery
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule

What You Bring

We're looking for a highly skilled technical professional who combines strong detailing expertise with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a CAD Detailer, Production Detailer, or similar technical drafting role
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, including 3D detailing environments
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of fabrication methods, construction techniques, and production materials
  • Ability to develop detailed, production-ready drawing packages from conceptual designs
  • Knowledge of structural principles and practical engineering concepts
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication documents
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance creativity and functionality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, sales, project management, and production teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Advanced PC and technical software proficiency

Preferred:

  • Experience creating CAM-ready files and programming CNC equipment
  • Background in exhibits, experiential marketing, events, retail environments, museum exhibits, or custom fabrication

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to work on highly visible, custom-built environments that engage audiences and create memorable brand experiences. You'll collaborate with talented creative and production teams, tackle unique design challenges, and see your work come to life at events, trade shows, retail spaces, and experiential activations across the world.
