What you'll do:The Sales Marketing team at SiriusXM Media is responsible for amplifying the company's leadership across our diverse audio platforms (streaming, podcasting, SiriusXM), content types (music and spoken word), and unique audiences (150 million monthly listeners). In this role, you will work alongside a team of audience and cultural experts to develop B2B marketing initiatives that elevate diverse audiences (Hispanic/Latinx, Black/African American, AAPI, Gen Z, Parents, LGBTQ+) and their connections and experiences with audio.This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career that sits at the intersection of culture, data, and marketing.   • Assist our audience and cultural marketing teams in the development of sales enablement collateral (ex: presentations, one-sheets).

  • Write stories and develop materials that amplify our audience and cultural POV.

  • Provide research support, leveraging internal tools to extract insight for new narrativesand materials.

  • Keep a pulse on listener trends and their connection to all things pop culture, and develop new innovative ways to showcase these findings internally and externally.

  • Assist in the ideation and creation of webinars, industry panels, conferencesponsorships, and presentations.

What you'll need:

  • Must be a recent graduate from an accredited HBCU (Within the last 2 years, orexpected to graduate by June 2026).

  • Entry-level/past experience through internships/employment where you worked in a highly cross-functional team environment.

  • Seeking/have a degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Seeking a career in digital advertising or marketing.

  • Interest in mobile apps, streaming audio, podcasting, and other forms of audio-entertainment content.

  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Office Suite.

  • Strong interest in cultural trends, music, art, and entertainment.

  • Enthusiasm for working with data and deriving meaningful insights.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $53,100 to $70,675 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
