Positions Overview:

We are looking for proactive, driven, and innovative interns to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program at Suzanoโ€™s Pine Bluff plant in Arkansas. As we face unique challenges at this facility, we are seeking individuals who can bring fresh perspectives, help solve complex problems, and contribute to ongoing improvements in various departments. Our goal is to offer meaningful work and a high conversion rate into full-time roles after the internship program.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:


Educational Background:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelorโ€™s degree (or higher) from an accredited college.
  • Preferred: Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
  • Must maintain active enrollment in the degree program after completing the internship.


Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of tools like Power BI and Excel is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Interest in working on process improvement projects and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work with paper-based processes and contribute to digitization efforts.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Duration & Location: The program will last 12 weeks, from mid-May to early August. The position is based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
