Program Lead Aide – Join Our Mission to Inspire Young Minds

At Foundations Learning Academy, we believe children are our most valuable resource—and the future we are nurturing every day. We are seeking a passionate and caring Program Lead Aide who is excited to help shape young lives in a safe, supportive, and enriching environment.
In this role, you will partner with the Program Lead to create meaningful learning experiences that support the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of infants and toddlers. You’ll play an important part in building strong relationships with children and their families, while helping to create a classroom environment where every child feels valued, safe, and inspired to grow.
What You’ll Do

  •  Support engaging, age-appropriate activities that nurture children’s growth across all developmental areas 
  •  Collaborate as part of a supportive, team-centered classroom environment 
  •  Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for children and their families 
  •  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning space that promotes well-being 
  •  Build positive relationships with families and encourage their involvement 
  •  Partner with staff and families to ensure a high-quality program experience 
  •  Follow all Foundations Learning Academy policies and licensing standards 
  •  Maintain knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards (when applicable) 
  •  Participate in ongoing professional development, including trainings and workshops 
  •  Provide basic care including First Aid/CPR and medication administration (or obtain certification in a timely manner) 
  •  Support child safety by following proper reporting procedures when necessary 
  •  Uphold the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct 
  •  Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the program
