Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of CNC machining experience
  • 2+ years using Fusion 360 for CAM programming
  • Experience with tooling management and machine maintenance planning
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
  • Familiarity with JobBoss ERP and Esprit CAM is a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to grow into a leadership role
