A high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with website content management systems (CMS). Appropriate college coursework or internships may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Website Management & Compliance
  • Monitor Site Improve reports and correct issues (ongoing)
  • Routine website updates
  • Create new pages (as needed, working with team on content)
  • Improve and remediate existing web content for ADA compliance, formatting, consistency, and clarity.

Data Management Support
  • Compile and update data for Floria Fertilizer Ordinances app data (as needed)
  • Support contact data processing for FFL annual survey (ongoing, assist with data entry, checking, corrections)
  • Support FFL and GI-BMP survey data reporting (as needed, assist with data cleaning, report generation and checking)
  • Assist with various data maintenance needs to support FFL apps, training and certification records, and program reporting.

Expected Salary:
$15/hour
Required Qualifications:
A high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with website content management systems (CMS). Appropriate college coursework or internships may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred:
  • Experience auditing websites to improve user experience and adhere to ADA compliance.
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance standards and web accessibility best practices.
  • Proficiency with Terminal 4 (CMS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.

Special Instructions to Applicants:
Part-time work hours will be within the Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM work week, offering a flexible schedule. The position requires the candidate to work in-person at the Florida-Friendly Landscaping™ Offices at the UF's East Campus in Gainesville, Florida.
