Key Technology and Services Internship Program

Our summer internship program spans 10.5weeks in duration and allows you to work alongside KeyBank's experts within Key Technology, Operations & Services (KTS). The internship provides an opportunity to get hands-on experience with our innovative security teams. Our internships will equip you with competitive skills, valuable networking and mentoring.

Opportunities forIntern placements:

Enterprise Fraud Services (EFS)-Enterprise Fraud Services is responsible for developing Key's holistic fraud defense strategy and the various related components needed to enhance the effectiveness of Key's fraud programs.

Teams Include:Fraud Investigations, Fraud Detection Strategies and Analytics, EFS Solutions, Fraud Operations, Client Protection,Client Identity & Access Management

Skillsets:

Physical Security Solutions-Define and enforce physical security standards, respond to and manage critical events, provide executive security and protection services, conduct assessments, and coordinate electronic and physical security needs for all facilities.

Security Portfolio & Issues Management Office-Responsible for supporting Key's overall Security strategy by providing centralized management of Key's security portfolio projects and fraud-related compliance issues. We work closely with business, technology, and risk teams to make sure work stays on track; progress is clearly reported, and any issues are identified early and escalated when needed.

ESS Business Management-The ESS Business Management team's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating Enterprise Security Services (ESS) program-level activities for Information Security, Fraud and Physical Security teams (e.g., business unit review, townhalls, business continuity plans, risk surveys, line of business updates, etc.), delivering Security Education & Awareness to employees and clients, and data insights & reporting.

Qualifications

  • Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year, undergraduate degree program, graduating in May 2028 or December 2027,with focused coursework inOperations, Data Analytics or Data Science, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics/ Mathematics, Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, Legal, Finance/Accounting, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, IT Management, Software Engineering, Web Development, Game Design and System Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related majors

  • Outstanding academic achievement (minimumundergraduate3.0 GPA)

  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities

  • Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Possess intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $25per hour. Compensation also includes a $2,000.00Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
